• Dr. Lyons is now practicing independently under a new practice name, Freedom Vision Consultants - 925 E Southlake Blvd, Suite 200, Southlake, TX 76092

Appointments, prescriptions, billing inquires, and clinical questions must now be directed to the individual doctors new practice.
